Photography has been an important part of my life for many years. From my first camera in high school to keeping up with the many changes in the art today, I have been able to do something I truly love.
As a native of Tucson, I have grown up surrounded by the splendor of the desert and all it has to offer. Travel has also opened my eyes to the wonders of the world. Through my photography, I hope to share the beauty I see around me in both my portraiture and fine art.
I approach my photography with a sense of wonder and fun: “creative play”. I like to create a simple setting that allows the individual’s unique personality to shine, or highlights the special interactions between family or friends and tells the story behind the images. My two daughters have taught me the joy and patience of parenting kids from infant to teen, and my background as a Registered Nurse helps me bring sensitivity and compassion to my work.
Whether capturing the wonder of pregnancy, childhood, and families or promoting a business image or special event, I invite you to share in my vision of creating unforgettable images that capture those fleeting moments we want to always remember.
